**Department Info**:
The Sales Administration team Terumo Deutschland is part of the Customer Service team and is responsible for administrating and coordinating pricing, contracts, consignment, rebates and customer master data. The role is an interface between Customer Service, Finance and Sales and coordinates relevant information related to contract management, orders, consignment inventory and rebates.

**Job Summary**:
As Customer Service & Administration Specialist for Terumo Deutschland your activities will be mainly focussed on administrative contract management in support of our local sales organisation. Together with the team you will manage and follow-up contracts and master data in our SAP system, to ensure all customer data is up to date and all contract information related to pricing and billing are correct. For Germany you will follow-up on the consignment and GPO business and support the sales organisation in inventory checks. You will make sure all customer data and contract information in our systems (SAP) are correct and up to date and follow-up with the responsible commercial teams in case of any issue.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Master Data**

Maintenance of Customer Master Data in the Terumo Europe SAP system

**Pricing and Quotation Management**

Handling pricelists and maintain correct pricing in SAP

Create sales offers and registration of commercial contracts

Sporadic support in consolidating tender related information

**Rebate Agreements**

Analyse and create bonuses in SAP and communicate these to the responsible sales teams

**Consignment Management**

Manage and follow-up consignment contracts in SAP

Inventory evaluations and tracking of discrepancies

Manage consignment returns

**J-SOX Controls**

Participate and support monthly controls related to J-SOX legislation

**Profile Description**:
A commercial training is required for this position (Kaufmännische Ausbildung)

Professional knowledge of English both written and spoken

Advanced in using MS Excel

Familiarity with SAP will be considered a plus

Proactive, self-reliant and structured work ethic
