Customer Service Representative

**Summary**:
We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our Finance department this year It is an exciting position for professionals who really like to be in contact with a variety of stakeholders, not only customers, but also: management, finance, support, and sales-related actors, among others.
If figuring out the best ways to provide product/service support and helping stakeholders solve their issues are key drivers for you, this opportunity is what you need.
**Responsibilities**:
As Customer Service Representative, you ensure that processes involving different parties run smoothly. This can be mostly translated into two main aspects:
- A strong focus on administrative activities such as:
- handling renewals of Guardsquare software licenses and managing licensing platform;
- being responsible for the administrative onboarding of customers;
- being responsible for the evaluation, calculation, and issuance of renewal prices;
- and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- A strong focus on customer management through:
- frequent communication with customers on a daily basis;
- interacting with customers in order to deal with their inquiries, complaints, etc.;
- providing clear answers to stakeholders' regarding access to our products;
- and providing customer support when needed in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Profile**:
We are looking for a person who can display the following qualities:
- Previous experience in administrative/customer service/support related roles
- Easiness in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Positive, assertive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicative with an eye for details
- Ability or willingness to deal with challenging customers
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A first experience in a SaaS environment would be a plus
