**Functie**:
Als **Customer Service Representative** krijg je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:
- Zo sta jij in voor het **verwerken** en **opvolgen** van bestellingen van klanten;
- Gezien het om een **internationale** **omgeving** gaat is dit dus ook wereldwijd;
- **Bestellingen** verwerk je in het ERP-systeem;
- Daarnaast maak je **facturen** op en **verzorg **je het **contact** met **transportbedrijven;**:
- ** Prijsaanvragen** maak jij **zelfstandig** op en je verwerkt staalaanvragen;
- Klanten hou je op de hoogte van de **status** van hun **bestellingen**, dit doe je **pro actief;**:
- Last but not least ben jij back-up voor **collega's** van de **customer** **service**.
