**GC Corporation** was founded in 1921 in Japan and has developed itself into one of the most prominent companies in the development, production and distribution of a very wide range of dental products. Since 1972 GC Europe NV, our European Headquarter is located at the Researchpark Haasrode in Leuven. **GC Europe NV** supports and leads our different sales offices and dealers. Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East. Next to this we produce some leading products for dental technicians.
We are currently looking for a:
**Customer Service Assistant**
**Purpose of the job**:
As an Customer Service Assistant you are the primary contact between the business and its customers (sales offices, dealers,). You will have to manage orders in SAP, contact the markets, where needed to assure a timely and correct delivery to customers. You will report to the Coordinator Customer Relations, being part of the Sales Department of GC Europe NV.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Entering sales orders in our SAP system
- Ensuring that customers have correct information at all times regarding orders, delivery times and availability of products
- Contacting the customer to coordinate priorities and timings if necessary
- Executing the administration of returned goods
- Releasing customer orders to deliveries
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Preparing customs documents
- Complaint handling (replacement, communication to the customers)
- Creating & updating masterdata in SAP for deliveries
**Requirements**:
- Very good knowledge of English & Dutch is required. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
- Knowledge of Sales & Distribution in SAP is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
