ACOMPANY is a consulting Agency specialized in Digital Innovation & Transformation.
As a hands-on long-term partner agency for our clients, we focus on all important aspects of Digital Transformation and supporting them from start to finish by dedicating a mixed team of profiles and expertise tailored to the specific need.
As a Medior Digital Transformation consultant you will team up with other profiles (architect, program manager, change manager, ) in our agency and support wherever possible. You start in a supporting role but soon will become a senior consultant who manages own projects together with a team of experts.
You will assist in formulating the strategy and defining the objectives which are the cornerstone for the roadmap working closely with the partners of the agency.
You have a broad orientation and a holistic view on things and preferable a couple years of consultancy experience.
The assignments we work on are intended to bridge the gap between business and IT so therefore is it important that you are familiar with IT but also are willing to learn how to facilitate workshops, define vision and formulate strategy & objectives.
Other tasks you perform:
- Preparing projects and offers
- Strategic desk and field research on markets, clients and projects
- Capturing and transcribing workshop and meeting output
- Creating advice reports
- Supporting in business development
- Supporting in creating marketing content
Knowlegde and skills:
- Broad interest in different themes relevant for our clients, both digital and analogue
- Good copywriting skills and able to draft strong visual and structured presentations
- Feeling comfortable speaking and presenting in front of C-level
- Bilingual: Dutch + English (French is a plus)
- Willing to learn
Education or experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Experience as consultant (+3 years)
**Salary**: From €2,000.00 per month
