**CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEWERKER (M/V/X) Klinische studies**

**Beschrijving**:
Het Clinical Distribution Team binnen de DELIVER afdeling van Johnson & Johnson werft kandidaten voor een CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEWERKER (M/V/X) voor de locatie Beerse.

Je komt als CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEWERKER terecht in het Clinical Distribution team binnen de DELIVER afdeling van Johnson & Johnson. Hier zal je deel uitmaken van een team van een 14-tal collega’s. Het Clinical Distribution team is verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig uitleveren van alle klinische studies wereldwijd. Deze studies zijn van verschillende aard en bestrijken meerdere therapeutische domeinen. Samen met je collega’s en je manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct aanleveren van klinische medicatie aan patienten over de gehele wereld.

U zorgt dan ook dat onze klanten steeds de juiste service krijgen en daarbij rekening houdt met de mogelijkheden en beperkingen van DC Beerse en het Clinical Distribution Team, maar ook volgens de GMP, Veiligheids (SHE) en aanverwante richtlijnen.

**Het betreft een tijdelijke positie voor 1 jaar.**

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden binnen dit departement/team zijn:

- Je verzorgt de dagelijkse klinische order verwerking (SAP systemen), inclusief het aanmaken van logistieke documenten en het opvolgen van zending tot en met levering aan onze klanten.
- U bent sterk in administratieve taken die een zeer hoge mate van nauwkeuringheid en strikte opvolging vereisen.
- Je staat nauw in contact en bouwt duurzame relaties op met de verschillende stakeholders: klanten zoals Clinical Supply Chain, Trial management, operatoren van het distributiecentrum, planners, etc.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de Clinical Distribution Team waar nodig.
- Je werkt mee aan nieuwe projecten binnen het team en het distributiecentrum in functie van de behoeften van de klant.
- Je zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een geharmoniseerde, gestandaardiseerde en efficiënte aanpak (lean processes en continuous improvement initiatieven) van het order management proces.

Je bent een gedreven teamplayer en positivo die altijd een uitweg en mogelijkheden ziet. Daarnaast ben je sterk in organiseren en communiceren. Je kan perfect zelfstandig werken en voelt zelf aan hoe je goed kan handelen. Bovendien durf je er volledig voor te gaan. Je bent van nature stressbestendig en houdt van flexibiliteit en werken in een steeds veranderende, internationale omgeving. Tot slot draag je klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel en krijg je er energie van door je hier elke dag opnieuw voor in te zetten.

Overig:

- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in een opleiding met een economische, logistieke of wetenschappelijke achtergrond. Anderen worden per definitie niet uitgesloten
- Je hebt kennis van klinische studies of bent bereid alles te leren in deze uitdagende en veeleisende omgeving.
- Je bent je bewust van kwaliteit en begrijpt het belang van regelgeving (Quality/GMP).
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Werken met verschillende SAP systemen en softwarepaketten schrikt je niet af.
- Werken op feest en brugdagen is voor u geen bezwaar.
- U bent zelfsturend, accuraat en flexibel.
