Supply Chain Coordinator - Klinische Studies

Perfect Dan ben jij diegene naar wie wij op zoek zijn Het Clinical Distribution Team is namelijk op zoek naar een supply chain medewerker voor de distributie van de klinische studies.

**Taken**:
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Je zet een klinische studie op van A-Z (vb voor onze RSV vaccins) in onze systemen op nauwkeurige en accurate wijze.
- Je coördineert de tijdige uitlevering van de orders naar de patiënten.
- Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare en efficiënte opvolging van je studies.
- Je staat nauw in contact met de verschillende stakeholders: planners, magazijnoperatoren, trial supply managers, logistic integrators en de producenten en bent in staat duurzame relaties op te bouwen.
- Je draagt mee bij aan de ontwikkeling van een positieve teamsfeer, ondersteunt je collega’s en behaalt de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
- Je werkt mee aan projecten en optimalisaties binnen het team en het distributiecentrum in functie van de behoeften van de klant.

Je bent een positivo die altijd een uitweg en mogelijkheden ziet. Daarnaast ben je sterk in organiseren. Je kan perfect zelfstandig werken en voelt zelf aan hoe je goed kan handelen. Bovendien durf je er volledig voor te gaan. Je bent van nature stressbestendig en houdt van flexibiliteit en werken in een steeds veranderende, internationale omgeving. Tot slot draag je klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel en krijg je er energie van door je hier elke dag opnieuw voor in te zetten.
- Je behaalde een master
- of bachelor diploma
- Je hebt kennis van klinische studies of bent bereid alles te leren in deze uitdagende omgeving.
- Je bent je bewust van kwaliteit en begrijpt het belang van regelgeving (Quality/GMP).
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
- Werken met verschillende SAP systemen schrikt je niet af

**Organisatie DELIVER**

Je komt als Supply Chain Coördinator terecht in het Clinical Distribution team binnen de Janssen DELIVER afdeling van Johnson & Johnson. Hier zal je deel uitmaken van een team van meer dan 10 collega’s. Het Clinical Distribution team is verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig uitleveren van alle klinische studies wereldwijd. Deze studies zijn van verschillende aard en bestrijken meerdere therapeutische domeinen. Samen met je collega’s en je team lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van een aantal aan jouw toegewezen studies.
