Als Test Analyst beoordeel je of de kwaliteit van digitale toepassingen in lijn is met de vereisten van de klant door het opstellen en updaten van test cases en het uitvoeren hiervan.

**Wat mag je voor de klant, jezelf en ons doen?**

Je dagen zullen gevuld zijn met overleg over de aanpak van je project, actieve deelname in vernieuwende projecten en je werkt vaak samen met topontwikkelaars om de beste code voor het project te schrijven en verbluffende resultaten te leveren.

Functieomschrijving - Testvoorbereiding
Je gaat je testcases zelf opstellen/updaten op basis van specificaties en voorbereidingen treffen om in staat te zijn je testcases correct en volledig uit te voeren.
- Aangeleverde requirements van de klant doornemen op volledigheid, correctheid en eenduidigheid (reviews)
- Toepassen van black box test design technieken (EP/BVA/Decision Table/State Transition/Use Case)
- Selecteren en prioriteren van test cases die in aanmerking komen voor automatisatie en/of regressie
Functieomschrijving - Testuitvoering
Je verzekert een correcte toepassing van het testplan
- Test log maken, inclusief Pass/Fail resultaat
- Aanmaken Defects, met voldoende test evidence, bespreken met developers
- Exploratory testing met voorkennis
Functieomschrijving - Testrapportage
Analyse van de testresultaten en bijhorende communicatie
- Resultaten communiceren naar de Test Lead
- Dagelijks test rapporten opleveren
- Testverbeteringen voorstellen
Functie-eisen
- = 2 jaar testervaring
- ISTQB Foundation Level certificaat (IREB, PSM1 is een plus)
- Enige kennis van test management tools en defectmanagement-systemen
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels, Frans is een plus
- IT-gerelateerde bachelor of master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Analytische ingesteldheid
- Grote interesse en motivatie om Test Automation op korte termijn aan te leren en/of eerste kleine stappen gezet naar Automation
- Vaardigheid om op maat met collega’s en klanten te communiceren
- Mobiel (rijbewijs B)
Een bonus als je volgende vaardigheid nog hebt/kan
- Basis programmeervaardigheden (javascript, python, c#, etc...)
- Kennis van gangbare development practices (Agile, TDD, BDD,...)
