As a Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of regulatory affairs activities related to our biocide products. You will collaborate closely with the regulatory affairs team and other cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for product registrations, renewals, and notifications in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct research and stay updated on global regulatory requirements and changes impacting biocide products.
- Support the coordination and completion of regulatory documentation, e.g. labels.
- Assist in the review of product formulations and labeling to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with internal team members to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions and respond to regulatory authorities' requests for additional data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory records and databases.
- Support the preparation of regulatory reports and presentations for clients.
- Monitor and track regulatory submissions, approvals, and timelines to ensure compliance with project milestones.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory best practices, and changes in biocide regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Master's degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology) or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
