Since 2017, Wellness has had a presence in the region. The local office is located in Belgium (Diegem), and is charged with managing all marketing and sales activities in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia for the Wellness® Core and Whimzees® brands. Wellness Pet Company EMEA is a rapidly growing organization with a presence at many key distributors, covering more than 21 countries in the region.

Come for a walk with us today Our Digital Campaign Specialist role is a newly added position to support the growth of the organization. This is a full-time position with a long-term contract. The Digital Campaign Specialist will report to the Digital & Communication Manager for the region. The position is based out of our Diegem office, and homeworking arrangements are available.
**What You’ll Accomplish**
This is a great opportunity for an early career professional seeking the chance to develop the digital experience for our customers in EMEA. You’ll work with a dynamic and growing team, and you will have the freedom to develop assets that make sense for the local market within our fast-moving, start-up environment. Experiences you will gain and expand upon in this role include:
- Delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget: You will plan and execute digital campaigns with an emphasis on paid search, display, retargeting, and paid social advertising.
- Stakeholder Management: You will work across our local teams (internal + partners) to align on campaign timing and optimize conversions. You will keep stakeholders informed of campaign results through reports and presentations.
- Delivering campaign-level ROI: You will set the objectives of each campaign, monitor and analyze results, and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Within each campaign, you will proactively monitor and adjust the plan as needed to ensure campaign performance expectations and budget. You will additionally develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting segmentation. You will prepare actionable recommendations to be implemented in upcoming campaigns.
- Analytical Assessment: You will constantly be scanning for content and channel effectiveness as well as understanding competitor activities and strategy. You will gain experience setting dashboards and using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook manager, Nielsen, GFK, and others.
- Brand Guardianship: You will be responsible to deliver cross-campaign consistency in messaging and look & feel across campaigns.

For this role specifically, we are seeking a future Wellie who also possesses:
- A passion for companion animals, and knows what it takes to be a pet parent
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or sales
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role focused on analytics, such as a digital campaign manager, category manager, or a data analyst
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Dutch, or French.
- Proven analytical skills; a metric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs.
