**Project Manager / Project Leader - inclusief bedrijfswagen + 12 ADV**
Voor onze operations-afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een project leader die een eigen team parkeermedewerkers aanstuurt, rapportages opmaakt en geregeld samenzit met stakeholders en de andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf.
Functieomschrijving
- Je stuurt een team aan met als doel de parkeerwerkzaamheden zo operationeel mogelijk te laten werken
- Je start nieuwe projecten op in samenwerking met onze commerciële afdeling
- Je stelt processen op, past deze aan waar nodig en volgt deze nauw op
- Je begeleidt en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van de processen door het personeel
- Je stelt de planning op voor je eigen team
- Je staat in voor de rekrutering van je eigen team, in samenwerking met HR
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt een commerciële flair
- Je verzorgt opleidingen voor jouw team
- Je stelt actieplannen op waar nodig
- Je maakt de budgetten op in samenwerking met de Operational Director
- Je organiseert en volgt werkzaamheden op
- Je helpt de Operational Director met het opstellen en analyseren van KPI’s/rapporten
- In samenwerking met de Operational Director volg je en analyseer je stuurgroepen
- Je zal ook keuringen en herstellingen opvolgen
- Je staat in voor de evaluatie van je team
- Je werkt samen met het commerciële team voor het succesvol opstellen van offertes als antwoord op aanbestedingen
Functievereisten
- Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring in een dienstverlenende sector
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende van een dynamisch team
- Je bent een planner en een organisator
- Je kan je flexibel opstellen en verplaatst je op eigen initiatief, wanneer nodig, naar onze verschillende projecten
- Je kan dagdagelijkse probleemsituaties analyseren en de gepaste maatregelen nemen
- Je biedt een frisse blik op probleemsituaties en kan snel inspelen op de noden van dat moment
- Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en bent een problemsolver die houdt van open communicatie
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket
- Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis Engels is een pluspunt
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma
- Je werkt resultaatgericht
- Je bezit over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
