MindCapture is een Talent Match Making bedrijf actief binnen de Life Science. Als consultant bij MindCapture krijg je de kans om diverse omgevingen te verkennen en ervaring op te doen. Wij bieden persoonlijke en professionele ondersteuning, zowel vanuit MindCapture als van onze partner. Voor dit project werken we samen met een toonaangevend biotechnologisch bedrijf.

Als Investigation Expert binnen onze Operations afdeling speel je een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen en uitvoeren van belangrijke onderzoeken binnen de productie. Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire onderzoeksteams en stelt strategieën op om snel en effectief de kernoorzaak van problemen te vinden. Je draagt bij aan de veilige en tijdige vrijgave van onze producten, waarbij de patiënt altijd centraal staat.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Ondersteunen en uitvoeren van diepgaande onderzoeken binnen de productie.
- Strategieën ontwikkelen om snel de kernoorzaak van problemen te identificeren en aan kritieke vrijgave-eisen te voldoen.
- Bewustzijn creëren binnen de organisatie over het belang van kwalitatief hoogstaand onderzoek en het efficiënt afhandelen daarvan.
- Correct toepassen van processen en standaarden en ondersteuning bieden bij de implementatie van CAPA’s in samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
- Fungeren als Single Point of Contact (SPOC) voor inspecties door regelgevende autoriteiten, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het verdedigen van de onderzoekstrategie, het rapporteren van bevindingen en het beantwoorden van eventuele opmerkingen.
- Opbouwen van sterke, duurzame relaties met diverse belanghebbenden om een soepele afstemming en afhandeling van complexe onderzoeken te waarborgen, terwijl je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor Operations.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- Een masterdiploma in (bio-)engineering, wetenschap, farmacie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring binnen operations of in een cGMP- of ATMP-omgeving in de biotech/biopharma-industrie. Eerdere ervaring in productie, kwaliteit of engineering is vereist.
- Kennis van cGMP-regelgeving en FDA/EU-richtlijnen met betrekking tot ATMP’s.

- Vermogen om verschuivende prioriteiten en meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren om kritieke deadlines te halen in een snel veranderende en dynamische omgeving.
- Flexibele mindset om om te gaan met ambiguïteit en snel, energiek en enthousiast te reageren op veranderingen.
- Resultaatgericht werken binnen het GMP-kader van procedures en regels.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen, probleemoplossende en kritisch denkende vaardigheden. In staat zijn om complexe wetenschappelijke/technische problemen op te lossen.
- Gevorderde computer vaardigheden en praktische kennis.
- Duidelijke communicator met het vermogen om sterke samenwerkingsverbanden op te bouwen.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
