**Description de l'annonce**:
En tant que Learning & Development Manager, vous êtes en charge du département L&D et son équipe pour les régions de Wallonie-Bruxelles. En tant que bras-droit du National Manager, vous soutenez le fonctionnement quotidien du département et le développement de nos collaborateurs/rices.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- En tant que leader, vous êtes le moteur du bon fonctionnement du département ;
- Vous veillez à la bonne mise en œuvre de notre training policy et vous faites en sorte que celle-ci vive quotidiennement au sein de nos équipes ;
- Vous développez activement les méthodes de formation et fournisseurs afin de faciliter la formation des collaborateurs ;
- En charge du plan d’action, vous développez outils, policies et process visant le développement continu du département;
- Vous êtes un expert dans la rédaction et la préparation de matériel didactique (vade-mecum, PowerPoint, tutoriels, assessment, etc.) ;
- Vous formez nos collègues Managers sur des matières internes mais également sur des soft skills ;
- Vous créez et développez des contenus de formation en fonction des besoins opérationnel et des projets ;
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec l’équipe Flandre pour assurer le suivi des projets et l’alignement des besoins au niveau national ;
- Vous supervisez et coachez une équipe de 3 personnes

**Votre profil**:

- Vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans chez Daoust/dans le secteur dont min 2 dans la gestion d’équipe
- Vous avez un talent inné pour la communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Vous êtes capable de mener plusieurs tâches/projets différent(e)s de front, d’en garantir les deadline avec une organisation implacable
- Vous parlez le français et avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais
- Vous challengez en permanence les process et outils du département en vue de les améliorer
- Vous drivez vos équipes pour les amener à se dépasser et atteindre leurs objectifs
- Vous travaillez efficacement tant de manière autonome qu’en équipe
- Le challenge ne vous fait pas peur et vous êtes orienté solutions et résultats, alors ce job est pour vous
