Ervaren Product Owner om ons ontwikkelteam te leiden bij de modernisering van applicaties. Als belangrijke speler in onze klantorganisatie speel je een belangrijke rol bij het coördineren van de inspanningen van een getalenteerde groep professionals om onze moderniseringsdoelen te bereiken.
- Je primaire focus ligt op het aansturen en begeleiden van het team door het gehele applicatiemoderniseringsproces, het waarborgen van de efficiëntie, het handhaven van hoge kwaliteit en het faciliteren van de tijdige oplevering van projecten.

- Leiden en coördineren van een ontwikkelingsteam dat zich toelegt op het moderniseren van applicaties.
- Stimuleren van een samenwerkende en innovatieve omgeving om projectresultaten te bereiken.

**Beheer van applicatiemodernisering**
- Eigenaarschap opnemen van het applicatie-moderniseringsproces, van conceptualisering tot oplevering.
- Definiëren en prioriteren op basis van bedrijfsdoelstellingen en gebruikersbehoeften.

**Efficiëntie en kwaliteitsborging**
- Zorgen voor de efficiëntie van het development-proces, het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor optimalisatie en het stroomlijnen van workflows.
- Implementeren en onderhouden van QA praktijken

**Tijdige projectoplevering**
- Ontwikkelen en beheren van de project-tijdslijnen, zorgen voor de tijdige oplevering van de applicatie-moderniseringsacties.
- Proactief mogelijke obstakels identificeren en aanpakken om de projectplanningen te kunnen blijven volgen.

**Samenwerking met stakeholders**
- Nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen, stakeholders zodat je afgestemd blijft met de doelstellingen van de organisatie.
- Verzamelen en prioriteren van feedback van verschillende stakeholders om de productroadmap vorm te geven.

**Strategische planning**
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van strategische plannen voor applicatiemodernisering.
- Moderniseringsinspanningen afstemmen op de algemene bedrijfsstrategie en -doelstellingen.

**Communicatie en rapportage**
- Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie over de projectstatus, milestones en risico's voor iedereen betrokken bij het project.
- Regelmatige rapportering over de voortgang, belangrijke KPI's en projectresultaten.

**Functie-eisen**
- Bewezen ervaring als Product Owner of in een vergelijkbare rol, met name in het leiden van applicatiemoderniseringsprojecten.
- Sterk begrip van softwareontwikkelingsprocessen en -methodologieën.
- Bekend met cloudgebaseerde technologieën en diensten.
- Uitstekend leiderschap, communicatie en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om effectief samen te werken met multifunctionele teams en stakeholders.
- Strategisch denken en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Bekendheid met agile methodieken is een pluspunt.
