Wat doe je precies?
- Je leidt en/of neemt deel aan diverse projecten en werkgroepen met als doel de frequentie en/of de impact van (potentiële) risico’s te reduceren en audit-aanbevelingen in praktijk om te zetten.
- De opvolging van diverse actieplannen geeft je de kans een uitgebreid netwerk op te bouwen en je eigen stempel op het risicomanagement binnen de afdeling te drukken.
- Je organiseert een eerstelijnscontrole op de correcte uitvoering van diverse regelgeving en procedures (Anti Money Laundry, New Product Approval Process, General Data Protection Regulation, Deontologie,). Jouw input en activiteiten zullen mee de basis vormen waarop we een verder controlekader uitbouwen (Permanente Controle).
- Je verstrekt onafhankelijke en proactieve informatie aan het management en dit steeds met het oog op een verder geoptimaliseerd risicobeheer.
- Je stelt het Business Continuity Plan voor de afdeling op, en test en actualiseert dit.

- Een kritische, analytische en synthetische geest met een affiniteit voor de digitale wereld zijn belangrijke eigenschappen;
- Je werkt autonoom, resultaatgericht en beschikt over goede redactionele en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je kan complexe zaken duiden op een manier die afgestemd is op het doelpubliek.
- Ervaring in risicobeheer is minder belangrijk dan leergierigheid en de wil om dit domein onder de knie te krijgen.
- Jij zorgt voor de mindset, wij voor een omkadering door ervaren collega’s.
- Je bezit een Master of een Bachelor Diploma.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands of Frans en Engels
