Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a **Campaign, Content & Performance Manager** for our Executive Masters team.
**Function**:
As Marketing Business Partner for our executive degree program, you are the compaign, content and performance partner for our programs team. Your main responsibilities are to define, develop, implement and optimize campaigns & content for all (digital) channels, to increase awareness and usage of our Executive Masters programs. You will report to the Business Lead Executive Masters and will closely work together with the Executive Masters team as well as the corporate marketing team.
**Your responsibilities**:
Campaign Management
- Based on our brand and product strategy, develop specific (in-bound) marketing campaigns for our executive masters and coordinate their execution with internal and external stake-holders. This includes the development of creative briefs for advertising and program communications, including print, digital, and video assets;
- Be the marketing point of contact for Executive Masters and take the lead in supporting your internal clients in their commercial communication around our (brand and) products.
- Continuously search for creative, fresh initiatives to fuel and support marketing campaigns, marketing automation, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Content Management
- Provide general support such as website and landing pages updates and/or creation of new webpages;
- Participate in events and provide sales support;
- Collaborate with our digital experts who have all the technical know-how of the tools.
Analysis
- Measure effectiveness of the current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly. Present the results in monthly reports to business clients and business lead, including recommendations to optimize our campaigns and communication;
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for new campaign development;
- Support the gathering and analysis on customer and market insights, customer trends, competitors, products.
Lead generation
- Support customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads;
- Improve the quality of lead generation.
Budget responsibility
- Establish budget guidelines and document business processes;
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for your internal business clients in the Executive Masters.
**Profile**:
- You enjoy planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously;
- Colleagues would describe you as organized, autonomous, and pragmatic with sound judgement;
- Your creative mind and innovative attitude are two key pillars in your way of working.
- Juggling with (de)briefings towards agencies, your colleagues and other stakeholders comes naturally to you;
- Your pro-active & assertive nature make it easy for your team members to collaborate with you;
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in campaigns, content & performance.
- You are a performance-driven team player who enjoys celebrating joint achievements;
- You might not be a copywriter but your affinity with language is key, and you juggle with SEO in your content;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (speak, write, read).
