**TEAM LEWIS **is een PR- en marketingcommunicatiebureau met een internationaal netwerk van 25 kantoren wereldwijd. Voor ons kantoor in Antwerpen of Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een creatieve en proactieve Campaign Manager om ons team te komen versterken.

**Wat verwachten we van je?**

Als Campaign Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor een pakket toffe klanten. Je schrijft strategische plannen, zet de koers uit en zorgt ervoor dat die koers aangehouden wordt. Hiervoor houd je alle ontwikkelingen in de markt die interessant zijn voor je klanten in de gaten.

**Belangrijkste taken**
- Zelfstandig je accounts managen maar ook in team verband werken
- Het adviseren van klanten over hun reputatie en hoe PR, content en marketing hier een positief effect op kunnen hebben
- Het managen een of twee junior collega’s (afhankelijk van ervaring en senioriteit)
- Initiatief nemen in de ontwikkeling en doorlopende optimalisatie van creatieve campagnes
- Direct schakelen met journalisten, influencers en industry experts om nieuws vanuit je klanten onder de aandacht te brengen, maar ook om vragen vanuit media vlot te beantwoorden
- Pro-actief het nieuws, socialmediatrends en sociale discussies volgen en je gaat mogelijkheden na voor jouw klanten om op de verschillende actualiteit in te springen
- Het adviseren over en meewerken aan het creeren van creatieve content. Je schrijft persberichten, blogs, artikelen en social media content en werkt met onze creative teams aan het ontwikkelen van video, visuals of andere creatieve content.
- Het ondersteunen in de organisatie en begeleiding van (pers)evenementen
- Je weet digitale middelen te integreren en begrijpt de dynamiek van visuele content
- Het monitoren van resultaten voor je klanten en zorgen dat deze nauwkeurig aan de klant worden gerapporteerd
- Je bent een ambassadeur voor TEAM LEWIS en vindt het leuk om een bijdrage te leveren aan onze eigen blogs

**Wie zoeken wij?**

Je bent gedreven, leergierig en nieuwsgierig. Daarnaast worden wij blij van een nieuwe collega met:

- Ongeveer 3 jaar relevante werkervaring aan bureauzijde
- Een pro-actief en stressbestendig karakter, iemand die accuraat te werk gaat en zich in verschillende doelgroepen kan verplaatsen
- Enthousiasme en de juiste teamspirit om samen met jouw collega’s de creatiefste en beste campagnes neer te zetten
- Goede kennis van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal, Frans is een pre
- Fulltime beschikbaarheid (36 - 40 uur per week)
