Functie

Het bepalen van de productstrategie en commerciële aanpak voor de service contracten Vans:
Opstellen en opvolgen van de uitwerking van het jaarlijkse targetplan rond servicecontracten alsook de onderhandelingen met Mercedes-Benz AG
Pricing, costing en discount strategie. Opvolging service contract resultaat.
Bepalen en uitwerken van commerciële acties van A tot Z
Lanceren van service contracten voor nieuwe modellen
Calculaties rond servicecontract aanpassingen, verlengingen, fleetcondities,
Primair aanspreekpunt voor verlengde garanties (Real Garant), Mercedes-Benz AG, SSC Madrid en andere externe partijen, alsook verantwoordelijk voor de respectievelijke contracten en SLA’s
SPOC dealernetwerk als het gaat om servicecontracten
Ontwikkelen van nieuwe downstream initiatieven en nieuwe service contract producten
Initiëren van Systeem (technische) aanpassingen en aanvullingen met servicecontracten informatie;
Beslissen over escalaties met betrekking tot service contracten en reparatieclaims

**Promoten en verkopen van Service Contracten Vans**:
Actief promoten van het service contract portfolio en commerciële acties bij klanten en concessies/erkende service punten.
Op regelmatige basis de concessies en service punten bezoeken teneinde dealerpersoneel op te leiden, ze te informeren en met raad bij te staan in het kader van service contracten, alsook steeds nieuwe opportuniteiten te zoeken om de portefeuille service contracten te verzekeren
Ondersteuning in opmaak en opvolging van service contract offertes. Dit zowel voor nieuwe als bestaande voertuigen, voor nieuwe contracten als voor aanpassingen en afrekeningen van bestaande service contracten.
Account management voor belangrijke klanten
Actieve samenwerking en ondersteuning aan de Key Accountmanagers Sales en District Managers Vans BeLux

**Profile**:
U beschikt over een geslaagde ervaring van enkele jaren in een commerciële functie, met voorkeur in de automobielsector
Analytische geest & gestructureerde aanpak
Klantgerichtheid en commerciële ingesteldheid
Goede kennis Frans/Nederlands (+kennis Engels en/of Duits is een pluspunt)
Zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
Technische kennis service contracten is een pluspunt
Goede communicator, sociaal en assertief
Goede kennis van MS office tools.
Basiskennis van de standaard naverkoopprocessen
