**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Prioritize and oversee agile development team's work, including decisions on priority, business value, and functionality
- Manage, maintain, and sequence the product backlog based on business value
- Create user stories and acceptance tests for a single sprint/iteration
- Supervise tasks and deliverables of allocated Business Analysts
- Act as the liaison between business and development teams
- Develop an in-depth understanding of project goals and objectives
- Interact with the business/policy unit to validate requirements
- Propose IT and business process solutions based on domain expertise
- Analyze and document business requirements
- Produce business process analysis
- Lead user story scheduling and roadmap preparation
- Prepare and maintain project and release plans in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Participate in Scrum-related meetings and ceremonies
- Review product functionalities after each sprint/iteration
- Organize live product demonstrations at the sprint/iteration end
- Facilitate product acceptance by the business owner
- Establish and maintain testing standards
- Create User Manuals, Documentation, and Wikis
- Provide progress reports
- Improve transparency and information dissemination for internal and external communication
- Assist with defect prioritization and resolution
- Conduct risk analysis
- Work with EU legislation and extract requirements from legal documents
- Define Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters, Security Plans, and Support’s FAQ as needed
- Support the transition from Project to Operations

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- Hold a Master's degree or equivalent
- Hold one of the following certifications:

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- SAFe Product Owner
- Have 16 years of professional experience in IT sector, out of which at least 1 year of experience working as Product Owner
- Have a minimum 5 years of experience in performing analysis utilizing use-case specifications or user stories
- Possess a minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Decomposition or Product Decomposition
- Sustain at least 3 years of experience in Agile
- Hold a minimum 3 years of experience in Agile toolbox (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Balsamiq, etc)
- Ensure a minimum 5 years of experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
- Have at least 5 years of specific expertise in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
- Reach a minimum 5 years of specific expertise in Wiki and collaborative tools
- The following is considered an asset:

- Experience in business-to-government definitions and related IT systems is an asset.
- Experience working with EU legislations and extracting requirements from legal documents is an asset
- Hold a PM2-Agile Certification
- Hold a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or PSM I and II) Certification
- Possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
- Proficiency of English language at C1 level
