Engineering Associate Director

The Engineering Associate Director reports to Director of Engineering

**The Role**
- Manage in Autonomy multiple complex and multidisciplinary Projects
- Support the Engineering department and the Engineering Director in working process improvements.
- Revies SOP, propose new way of working, challenges status quo to support continuous improvement, simplification and alignment with Industry standards
- Define the Engineering project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedule in collaboration with Stakeholders, internal customers and Campus Organization and under the supervision of Director of Engineering.
- Develop, in collaboration with internal customers and Campus Organization and under the supervision of Director of Engineering, integrated end to end Project planning
- Create the project budget (end to end) and expenses in close collaboration with Operations and Finance
- Manage time, capacity, and budget for multiple complex projects as per the Project Management Procedure (schedule & resource updating, action log, minutes of meetings, invoicing, documentation follow-up, etc.)
- Drive delivery while continuing to maintain project team engagement
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment with a team
- Act as main point of contact for the organization, encompassing the creation and follow-up of a Communication matrix including all critical project stakeholders
- Manage Project risk management to minimize Catalent exposure
- Create independently presentations and conduct presentations within Catalent
- Negotiate effectively to settle differences and maintain positive relationships with external and internal clients
- Higher degree in Science (Biology, Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, Clinical Chemistry, etc.), PhD. orMSc or relevant experience in a similar position in the sector of Biotech/Pharma/Cell Therapy
- Knowledge of the best practices for Project Management with 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a biotech environment
- Experience in cGMP environment
- A project management accreditation is a plus (Prince2, PMP, etc)
