**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Beleidsontwikkeling en Implementatie**:
Leiden van het proces van beleidsontwikkeling en implementatie, waarbij je HR-beleidsstukken opstelt en bijwerkt om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de organisatie en de geldende wet
- en regelgeving.
**Werving, Selectie en Talentontwikkeling**:
Coördineren van wervings
- en selectieprocessen, inclusief het beheren van talentpools en het ontwikkelen van strategieën om toptalent aan te trekken.
Leidinggeven aan initiatieven voor talentontwikkeling en opvolgingsplanning.
**Personeelsadministratie en Payroll**:
Toezicht houden op de payroll-afdeling, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en naleving van wet
- en regelgeving worden gewaarborgd.
**Training en Ontwikkeling**:
Identificeren van opleidingsbehoeften en coördineren van relevante trainingssessies voor medewerkers op management niveau. Je bepaalt de leerdoelen voor onze leidinggevenden en ontwikkelt naargelang behoefte.
Stimuleren van een cultuur van continu leren en ontwikkeling.
**Leidinggeven aan het HR Team**:
Aansturen en ontwikkelen van het team van HR Business Partners, met een focus op effectieve samenwerking, doelgerichtheid en professionele groei.
Zorgen voor een proactieve ondersteuning aan het management en medewerkers op HR-gerelateerde zaken.
**Arbeidsrelaties en Naleving**:
Fungeren als een expert op het gebied van arbeidsrelaties en arbeidswetgeving.
Adviseren van het management bij complexe HR-vraagstukken en het waarborgen van naleving van relevante wet
- en regelgeving.
**Jouw kwaliteiten**:
**Studies**:Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in Human Resources Management of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
**Ervaring**:Ruime ervaring in HR-management, inclusief people management en ervaring in Hard HR.
**Kennis**:Grondige kennis van arbeidswetgeving en HR-best practices.
**Competenties**:Probleemoplossend vermogen, besluitvaardigheid, integriteit, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en vertrouwelijkheid.
