Robert Half is op zoek naar een **HR-assistent** die binnen de HR-dienst zal instaan voor de administratieve opvolging van HR-processen onder begeleiding van de HR-Manager.
Onze klant, actief in waterbehandeling, is gevestigd in **Groot-Bijgaarden**.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden in deze functie zijn**:
- Je biedt de nodige administratieve ondersteuning op vlak van diverse HR-topics (onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, verplichte medische onderzoeken, verzekeringsplannen, arbeidsongevallen, opleidingsplannen, verkeersboetes, enz.);
- Je denkt en werkt mee aan optimalisatieprocessen en schrijft werkinstructies uit;
- Je verzorgt een klantgerichte dienstverlening en bent mede het aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen inzake sociale wetgeving ;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen en verwerken van identificatie
- en loongegevens, het algemeen beheer van aan
- en afwezigheden, uurroosters in zowel het tijdsregistratie
- als payrollsysteem;
- Op termijn zal je nauw betrokken worden bij de maandelijkse voorbereiding en afsluiting van de loonadministratie, conform wetgeving en interne procedures;
- Je staat garant voor de maandelijkse rapporteringen (personeelsbestand, auditrapporten );
- Je biedt de nodige ondersteuning bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van ad hoc HR-projecten;
- Je staat mee in voor de organisatie van personeelsevents;
- Je verzorgt diverse vertalingen van het Nederlands naar het Frans en vice versa;
- (Digitaal) klassement en archiveren behoren eveneens tot jouw takenpakket.
**Herken je jezelf in onderstaande?**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor opleidingsniveau, idealiter in HR - je kan terugblikken op een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige, generalistische functie;
- Vertrouwd zijn met het gebruik van MS-Office tools en een basiskennis sociale wetgeving zijn een 'must have' voor deze functie;
- Analytische skills - je werkt graag met cijfers en doet dat met de nodige nauwgezetheid. Je houdt ervan mee te bouwen aan diverse procedures/werkinstructies/projecten en deze naderhand op gepaste wijze van A tot Z te implementeren en toe te (laten) passen
- People skills - Je bouwt en onderhoudt graag duurzame relaties met mensen, zowel intern als extern. Als teamplayer fungeren en het autonoom kunnen functioneren, geeft jou veel voldoening.;
- Communicatieve skills - je beschikt over de nodige communicatieve vaardigheden. Je kan je zeer goed aanpassen aan verschillende situaties en contactpersonen. In het kader van jouw functie, leg je de nodige discretie aan boord;
- Talenkennis - je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
