To support this in our 24/7 environment, we are looking for a TM & WOW Coach NLS (Nike Logistics System) DAY-SHIFT.

In this exciting role you will be able to have impact by helping teams achieve their strategic ambitions and building a culture that keeps inspiring them to always improve Whilst helping others to grow, this is also an excellent opportunity for you to take your own coaching and facilitation skills to the next level. Your leader and teammates will guide you in this journey.

You will be working in the Day-shift (Mo-Fri).

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- You develop a culture of continuous improvement and learning in the path of the day to day work.
- You train, facilitate, coach and mentor teams and individuals in their way of working (tools, methodologies & mentality)
- You are a role model for individuals and teams with regards to lean and agile approach and ways of working.
- In true partnership with your partners you facilitate end-to-end solutions in line with our design principles.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work closely with different teams in Nike EMEA Operations at our European Logistics Campus in Laakdal (BE).

Together with your colleagues, you work on continuously improving our NLS way or working.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- You embrace and lead change, challenge the status quo and are reflective and observant of yourself and others.
- You have experience in facilitating, giving training and guiding Transition Management processes.
- You demonstrate the ability to effectively influence others and build positive relationships with your partners
- You have a passion for developing others. You ask critical questions, listen actively, and help others to become their best self.
- You are an experienced trainer and facilitator.
- Experience and/or interest in data driven analyses is an asset.
- You have proven experience in lean and/or agile practices or you have been actively exposed to them.
- Knowledge of and experience in Logistics and Supply Chain processes is a plus.
