Voor onze klant gelegen te Lommel zijn wij op zoek naar een customer care representative.
Als Customer Care Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een hoogwaardige service aan onze nationale en internationale klanten.
**Hieronder een overzicht van je taken**:
- ** Single point of contact**: Je fungeert als het enige aanspreekpunt voor klanten, wat betekent dat ze bij jou terechtkunnen voor al hun vragen en verzoeken.
- **Optimale service**: Je staat in direct contact met onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij een uitstekende service ontvangen. Dit doe je door een coördinerende en bemiddelende rol te spelen tussen de klant en ons bedrijf.
- **Professionalisme en klantgerichtheid**: Je streeft ernaar om een dienstverlening te bieden die gekenmerkt wordt door professionalisme en klantgerichtheid. Het is belangrijk om de behoeften van de klant nauwlettend in het oog te houden.
- **Samenwerking en vertrouwensrelatie**: Je bevordert een vlotte samenwerking en bouwt een sterke vertrouwensrelatie op. Dit is essentieel voor het behoud van klantenbinding en het versterken van onze reputatie.
- **Klantenbinding**: Het creëren van een optimale klantenbinding is een van je belangrijkste doelen. Je volgt de zendingen van klanten nauwgezet op en verdedigt hun belangen binnen onze organisatie, met oog voor de belangen van ons bedrijf.

- Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt proactief en creatief mee om oplossingen te vinden.
- Een goede dosis motivatie en leergierigheid.
- Je bent klantgericht en gaat graag de extra mile voor de klant.
