**Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?**
- Als Lead Claims Assistant **ondersteun** je het team Claims liability in hun dagelijkse **administratieve taken**. Door je brede administratieve ondersteuning ben je een **onmisbare hulp** voor het team.
- Je beheert **eenvoudige schadedossiers** volgens een vast proces.
- Je volgt deadlines op en stuurt tijdig de nodige herinneringen die je toestaan dossiers verder op te volgen.
- Je **registreert, verzamelt, verwerkt** en verdeelt **gegevens en documenten** op basis van duidelijke instructies of vastgelegde procedures.
- Je bent samen met je collega’s een **aanspreekpunt** (telefonisch & schriftelijk) voor diverse vragen van **klanten en verzekeraars**.
- Je **organiseert** de **afspraken** voor vb. de expertises, meetings.
**Wat zijn jouw vaardigheden?**
- Je bent **sterk in administratie** en werkt accuraat en gestructureerd.
- Je bent **klantgericht** en je geeft een hoge prioriteit aan **servicebereidheid** en **klanttevredenheid** (je bent behulpzaam, geduldig en je kan empathie en betrokkenheid aan de dag leggen).
- Je vindt **voldoening in ondersteuning** van collega’s en klanten.
- Je bent **ondernemend** en neemt **initiatief**. Je ziet werk liggen en komt in actie.
- Je bent **flexibel** ingesteld en springt bij waar nodig.
- Je werkt **zelfstandig** en wil steeds een **oplossing zoeken** als je een probleem ziet.
- Met je **positieve ingesteldheid, inzet en enthousiasme** draag je bij aan een toffe werksfeer
- Ervaring binnen verzekeringen is een pluspunt, **interesse** is een must
- Je beheerst het **Nederlands uitstekend** en kan je daarnaast ook uitdrukken in het **Frans** of wil het** graag leren**.
