Beschrijving
- Dankzij haar sociaal-juridische begeleiding en rechtsbijstand, kan de werkgever bij Group S niet alleen doeltreffend worden begeleid en geadviseerd op het gebied van arbeidsrelaties in een
- internationale context, maar kan hij ook worden bijgestaan in geval van een conflict met een
- werknemer, de RSZ, de Sociale Inspectie, enz.
- Als nieuwe medewerker bij Group S maak je deel uit van het internationale juridische team en
- heb je de
- **volgende verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je verleent juridische bijstand aan interne medewerkers en aangeslotenen op het gebied van (individueel en collectief) internationaal arbeidsrecht, aangifte van lonen en arbeidsprestaties bij de sociale zekerheid en fiscale loonaspecten.
- Je adviseert onze klanten over hun personeelsbeheer.
- Je beheert geschillen en rechtszaken tussen werkgevers en werknemers of officiële instanties.
- Je geeft opleidingscycli of seminars.
- Dankzij je toewijding, bouw je een langdurige vertrouwensrelatie op met onze klanten.

- Je hebt een master in rechten en enkele jaren ervaring in belgisch sociaal recht.
- Je beheerst het Engels en spreekt ook Frans of Nederlands.
- Je hebt belangstelling voor internationaal sociaal recht en loonfiscaliteit in het algemeen, en voor de aangifte van lonen en arbeidsprestaties bij de sociale zekerheid in het bijzonder.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in internationaal sociaal recht (detachering, enz.), belasting op lonen (verdragen inzake dubbele belasting, statuut van expats, salary split, enz.) en in de aangifte van lonen en arbeidsprestaties bij de sociale zekerheid.
- Teamgeest is een essentieel aspect in je functie.
- Je bent assertief en beschikt over uitstekende communicatie
- en verkoopvaardigheden.
