If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you Based in Diegem, Flemish-Brabant, Belgium, you will be primarily responsible to carry out the administration and follow-up of customer orders, while maintaining a high-end level of customer communication and service.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Handle the entire Order Fulfillment chain from customer order receipt until timely delivery at the customer’s site;
- Administer customer orders and manage order related customer communications;
- Perform all administrative tasks associated with a customer order:
- Order entry in the business ERP system
- Follow up deliveries
- Expediting where necessary
- ‘Perfect’ invoicing
- Handle drawings, documentation, and order specific order document handling etc.
- Assure adequate customer communication to achieve a high-end quality Customer satisfaction Level;
- Track and solve order related problems (late deliveries e.g.) and takes action to mitigate customer consequences;
- Manage and solve invoice disputes;
- Become familiar with trade compliance rules and regulations;
- Perform other duties as the need arises by the Customer Care Manager BNL.
**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:
- Customer focus and Customer Satisfaction mindset. Identify wishes and needs of customers; act and thinks from customer perspective keeping in mind the company’s targets;
- Proficient in Dutch and English, French knowledge represents and advantage;
- Experience in operating ERP systems is a plus;
- Flexibility and administrative sense;
- Cope with the complexity of a multinational company;
- Persistent, structural go-getter & trouble-shooter;
- First experience in a B-2-B order administration is a plus, the will to succeed is a must;
- Basic knowledge of the Emerson organization and products represents an advantage.
