**Description**
For one of our clients active in the Legal sector, we arelooking for a Events & CRM executive.
The Events and CRM Executive will support the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team in a broad range of projects and activities designed to strengthen and grow the firm’s visibility and portfolio on the Belgian and international markets. The Events and CRM Executive will be working closely with 6 other professionals, supporting together all the different practices of the firm and reporting daily to the Marketing & BD Manager.
Your focus will be the organisation of events and the firm’s Customer Relationship System (CRM). Next to that, you will also provide support to other MBD colleagues, and you are a brand ambassador
You are responsible for organising all in person, virtual or hybrid events from conception to completion:
- You will design, develop, organise and execute webinars, conferences, seminars, and other special firm-sponsored events such as networks events, hospitality events and memberships events
- You will organise firm receptions and internal events involving attorneys and staff
- You will manage RSVP's and guest lists
- You will create and update the Global Events Calendar with new event opportunities
- You will manage third-party suppliers, and monitor cost-effectiveness and quality service
- You will build and manage relationships with venues and suppliers;
- You will manage the allocated budget and track events’ ROI and follow up on business development opportunities together with your BD colleagues
- You are responsible for the CRM platform, from strategy through implementation, with a view to increase and manage interactions with prospects and clients.
- You are responsible for the update and input of records and the reporting of new matters in the CRM. You also take care of an adequate data management and manage the firm’s and its practices’ mailing lists
- You are responsible for the maintenance of the tool including upgrades, improvements and integrations/synchronisations of key systems as required
- You monitor and assess the quality and development of customised reports and generate reports upon request
- You work with our IT department and key stakeholders in handling any technical issues, resolving data issues and support the resolution and communications of them
- You design and provide training on the system across the firm
**Profile**
- You have a degree in Marketing Communications or other related fields
- You have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Event. Experience in a law firm is a plus
- An experience with CRM systems is a plus. InterAction knowledge is a plus
- You have strong language skills, and you can communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English both oral and written
- You master the MS Office tools
- You are a proactive multi tasker who must demonstrate initiative, be highly organised, able to manage multiple projects while prioritising work assignments, and able to work well with attorneys and business service members at all levels in the organisation
