**Technicien CVC - CVAC**

**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:

- Concevoir, installer et entretenir des mini-splits, des pompes thermiques, des fournaises électriques et d'autres systèmes CVC dans des maisons résidentielles existantes.
- Diagnostiquer et réparer les problèmes courants de CVC.
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive des systèmes CVC résidentiels.
- Se conformer à tous les codes de construction, CVC et électriques.
- Capacité de travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe sur des projets.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 an d'expérience dans l'industrie requis
- Capacité à fournir un dossier de conduite vierge

**Salaire**:Nous offrons une fourchette de 25,00 $ CAD à 50,00 $ CAD/ heure en fonction des qualifications et de l'expérience.

**Bonus**:Bonus potentiel pouvant atteindre jusqu'à 15 % du salaire brut, le tout à la discrétion de l’employeur.

**HVAC Technician**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design, install and maintain mini-splits, thermal pumps, electric furnaces and other HVAC systems in existing residential homes.
- Diagnosing and repairing common HVAC problems.
- Performing preventative maintenance to residential HVAC systems.
- Conform to all building, HVAC and electrical codes.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team project.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 Year of experience in the industry required
- Ability to obtain clean driver’s abstract

**Salary**:We offer a range from $25.00 to $50.00 / hour based on qualifications and experience

**Bonus**:Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers discretion.

**Language**:At least intermediate French or English is required.
