Voor ons departement **Marketing & Sales **in** Gent** zijn wij op zoek naar een **Analist Energiefacturatie (M/V/X)**
**JOUW UITDAGING als **Analist Energiefacturatie (M/V/X)**
- Je bent gepassioneerd door energie en de energietransitie en je wilt er graag nog meer over weten en leren. Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma en wil de beste dienstverlening aan onze klanten leveren op elk moment dat ze met Engie in contact komen. Je zoekt oplossingen om uitdagende klantenvragen te beantwoorden._

- Je analyseert de facturatievragen van onze klanten (aansluitings
- en verhuisaanvragen, wijziging van de energiemarktcondities..) via diverse kanalen. Je consulteert hierbij het IT systeem (SAP), je hebt telefonisch & schriftelijk contact met klanten, je vraagt naar input bij collega’s, experten,
- Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve en passende oplossing voor onze klanten en registreert die nauwkeurig in de systemen.
- Je communiceert de oplossing naar de verschillende partijen (klanten, netbeheerder, experten).
- Je werkt in een dynamisch en divers team, neemt actief deel aan teamvergaderingen, brengt zelf ideeën naar voor over hoe onze klantendienst haar werkmethodes en klantencontacten nog kan verbeteren.
**JOUW PROFIEL als **Analist Energiefacturatie (M/V/X)**
- Je hebt een Master of Bachelor en hecht belang aan klantencontact.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, spreken en schrijven doe je in foutloos Nederlands.
- Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld, en verliest onze doelstellingen niet uit het oog: klantentevredenheid bereiken door middel van een goede analyse, probleemoplossend denken en duidelijke communicatie.
- Je werkt graag en nauwgezet met verschillende programma's en tools die je zullen worden aangeleerd.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler.

- Je speelt een **sleutelrol in de klanttevredenheid en -loyaliteit** door steeds een optimale service aan onze B2C-klanten te bieden.
- Je krijgt een uitgebreide **on-the-job training en coaching** van experten zodat je de complexiteit van de **energiemarkt leert kennen**.
- Je zal een grondige theoretische basiskennis en een leerrijke operationele ervaring opdoen die jou op termijn **doorgroeimogelijkheden** bieden (bv als planner, expert..) en/of doorstromen naar andere **diensten **(bv Proces management, Marketing, Customer journey...)
- Je neemt deel aan **trainingen** over verschillende thema’s zoals feedback geven, communicatie, customer centricityDeze zullen je niet alleen helpen om je kennis te ontwikkelen, maar geven je ook de kans om **nieuwe vaardigheden** te verwerven.
