**Product Specialist - Protection de l'alimentation (UPS)**:

Au sein de l'équipe de gestion des produits Smart Power Power Protection (UPS), vous travaillerez avec les équipes internes pour maintenir les plus hauts niveaux de satisfaction des clients. Dans ce rôle, vous effectuerez diverses activités de support produit et de service pour aider au développement, au lancement, à la maintenance et à la rentabilité de l'activité des onduleurs de protection électrique en Belgique et au Luxembourg.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes des clients concernant les produits de protection de l'alimentation (UPS) - ce qui peut impliquer de se rendre sur sites chez les clients
- Identifier les développements ou améliorations de nouveaux produits afin de créer des solutions innovantes répondant aux besoins des clients
- Donner des formations sur les nouveaux produits ou les fonctionnalités avancées aux équipes internes et aux clients
- Préparer des listes de prix et des devis pour examen et approbation
- Préparer des rapports sur les activités du marché, des produits et des concurrents à l'intention de l'équipe de vente et de marketing
- Travailler avec d'autres personnes pour définir des plans et des outils de marketing, tout en promouvant les activités de vente.
**Votre parcours professionnel**:
- 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des onduleurs/générateurs/data centers en tant qu'ingénieur de service, vendeur interne, spécialiste produit ou technique.
- Compréhension avérée de la stratégie de marketing et de vente
- Organisé et efficace vous possédez un niveau élevé de compétences techniques et d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles.
- Une approche collaborative, axée sur la recherche de solutions et de solides compétences en matière de communication
- Bonne gestion du temps et des projets
- Réflexion stratégique et tactique et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front
- Master en électromécanique ou en électricité
- Bonne connaissance du logiciel MS Office
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite en anglais et néerlandais ou français.
