Then the position of Marketing Specialist is right up your alley As Marketing Specialist you support the strategic planning, execution and supervision of all marketing programs in Belux for the Electrification business unit of ABB. You work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and together with the sales and product marketing teams in the development of campaigns, events and programs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Organizing various events and trade shows: from concept, development, execution to analysis
- Monitoring and analyze the effectiveness and performance of marketing programs
- Managing the administration of purchase orders and invoices
- Researching and analyzing the market to define the market and competition
- Directing commercial actions in the area of new product launches
- Setting up and executing commercial plans (national and regional promotions and promotions with our distributors)
- Providing tools for the sales team (translations, customer seminars, value proposition) in the sales process.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor or Master in Marketing
- A first experience in B2B marketing
- The necessary people skills in motivating the Sales team
- A fluent communicator, independent, hands-on and result oriented
- A real team-player and strong organizational skills
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- Experience with MS Office speaks for itself, if you as well as with Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM equivalent is a plus
- Experience in social media and digital marketing is a plus.
