What you'll be doing day to day
You are a creative, strategic, and results-driven individual with a passion for marketing communication. As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to effectively promote our products, services and brand. Branding, as well as Commercial, communication are at the core of your expertise. You understand the importance of maintaining brand consistency and know how to develop and enforce brand guidelines across multiple communication channels. As a skilled communicator, you excel in both internal and external communication. You as a Marketing Communication Specialist will be:
- Responsible for executing the consistency of messages, tone of voice and brand identity in marketing communication, accross all media touchpoints
- Responsible for effectively adapting global content locally and create local content/ campaigns when needed. Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship for your projects with the creative agency.
- Project lead campaigns including creative briefing, creative review and production, managing budgets and timelines, agency management and campaign follow up
- Actively cooperate and seek alignment with all key stakeholders within the Commercial department (eg Selling and Home Furnishing) to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
**Who you are**
To be successful in your role you need to have a:
- Knowledge of Marketing Communication
- Knowledge of media channels, offline and online
- Knowledge of the creative and production processes
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing
- Capabilities to manage the creative agency
- Ability to follow-up and measure campaign performance and capture learnings to improve future campaigns and performance moving forward
Qualifications for the role:
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English, and excellent knowledge of at least one additional national language ( French and/ or Dutch)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships, influence and convince your stakeholders
- Strong communication skills written and orally, as well as presentation skills
