Functieomschrijving
Select Projects is op zoek naar een Program Planner. Je zal terechtkomen op de afdeling 'Launch Excellence' bij een farmaceutisch bedrijf in Puurs. Deze afdeling zorgt voor technische, wetenschappelijke en projectmatige ondersteuning bij de lancering en introductie van nieuwe innovatieve geneesmiddelen. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en energiek team dat continue samenwerkt met diverse afdelingen
- Jouw takenpakket als Program Planner zal je bestaan uit:
- Overzicht bewaren van de verschillende project plannen van de verschillende lopende projecten (voornamelijk mRNA based)
- Follow-up van lopende project milestones en tijdslijnen hiervoor opstellen
- Coördinerende rol opnemen om stabiliteitstudies en release analyses actief op te volgen
- Actieve rol opnemen om de nodige stakeholders wekelijks samen te zetten om tijdig analyses op te starten binnen Puurs en binnen het netwerk
- Business processes mee helpen optimaliseren om de uitwerking van de projecten naar een hoger niveau te brengen

Profiel
Als Program Planner ben/heb je:
- Master in de wetenschappen
- Minstens twee jaar werkervaring in de life sciences industrie
- Kennis van verschillende softwares LIMS, SAP, IPL, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,...),...
- Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Dynamisch
