Pour notre département RH, nous recherchons actuellement un
**Talent**
**Acquisition Trainee (H/F/X)** pour rejoindre et soutenir notre équipe.

Lieu de travail: Woluwe-Saint-Lambert

Modalités: Réalisation d'un stage non rémunéré dans le cadre d'une convention de stage.

Functions:
À ce titre, les tâches suivantes feront partie de tes fonctions:

- Centraliser les demandes de recrutement et comprendre notre activité.
- La création et la publication des postes vacants sur nos différents canaux de recrutement.
- La coordination et le traitement quotidien de toutes les demandes reçues.
- L'organisation et le suivi des entretiens avec les chefs de projet et les clients
- Constituer des viviers de talents pertinents afin d'accélérer la réponse aux nouveaux postes vacants.

Profil & Conditions:
Si tu te reconnais dans le profil ci-dessous, tu es WELCOME ;
- Tu suis une formation universitaire (bachelier/master) dans une orientation liée aux Ressources Humaines.
- Tu recherches un stage d'au moins 3 mois (à temps plein) sous une convention de stage.
- Tu as d’excellente capacités rédactionnelles en français et en néerlandais - Anglais est un plus.
- Comme notre équipe, tu considères le recrutement comme l'un des meilleurs emplois au monde.
- Ta personnalité est d'une grande importance pour nous Tu as le sens du service et du travail en équipe, d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, la capacité de respecter les délais et de travailler efficacement et... last but not least... de la créativité et de la proactivité.

Si tu effectues ton stage parmi nous, nous te proposons:

- Un stage conventionné (obligatoire) de 38h/sem. et d'une durée d'au moins 3 mois.
- La possibilité de travailler de manière autonome, de faire partie intégrante de notre équipe et d’être embauché(e) en contrat CDI à la suite de ton stage.
