As an Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics and Technology (MSAT) Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and validation of analytical methods and the continuous improvement of production processes. You will collaborate with Cell & Biochemistry-oriented teams, design experiments, and conduct in-depth studies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Method Development**: Support the design, development, improvement, and validation of analytical methods to meet the evolving needs of our production processes.
- **Experimental Expertise**: Independently set up experiments and perform studies within Cell & Biochemistry-oriented teams.
- **Documentation**: Generate scientific/technical study protocols and reports, ensuring thorough documentation and knowledge transfer.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor ongoing methods, experiments, and analyses, while actively trending data to ensure reliability and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of methods.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

- Educational Background: Preferably, a PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
- A strong command of English, both written and oral.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in binding assays, capillary electrophoresis, spectrophotometric, plate-based assays (ELISAs), and the ability to execute assays in the lab.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to escalate when necessary, and multitasking proficiency.
- Technical Writing: Strong technical writing skills for the preparation of protocols and reports.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to critically analyze data, draw scientifically sound conclusions, and articulate them effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Proficiency in cGMP and the capability to convert legal requirements into actionable plans for analytical methods.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility, stress resistance, openness to change and innovation, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Project Management: The ability to independently plan and manage projects you support.
