**Job Summary**:
The Onsite IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently at client locations.

**Expected qualification and critical experiences -**
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
- Collaborate with remote support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols.
- Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.

**Mandatory Skills and Certification**:

- Proven experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
