For the launch of a new segment in AutoImmunity, Key4Nova is looking for their future:
**Position**:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Benelux Market access and regional laboratories economics activities in alignment with business strategy and priorities to support and drive the autoimmunity & infectious disease products for successful growth.
- Implement a regional go-to-market strategy and the local marketing operations: Event management, communication campaigns, digital marketing,
- Define market access strategy for new products and provide regional insights & requirements into all stages of product lifecycle and evidence generation, in close collaboration with the Marketing & Scientific Director.
- Define the evidence needed in terms of target population, health economics and outcomes research in order to create an economic value proposition.
- Lead the development and implementation of evidence generation models (Scientific Affairs), business case, budget impact analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and publication for selected value messages.
- You will be part of the Brussels Marketing & Scientific Team and will report to the Marketing and Scientific Affairs Manager.
**Requirements**:
YOUR PROFILE:
- At least a Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Science-, Health Economics or equivalent by experience.
- At least 2 years of business experience in the healthcare sector or related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the medical & life science industry and more specific in autoimmunity.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to combine market expertise and marketing strategies to translate Sebia value propositions into local market access strategies & value messages to drive growth.
- Attitude and proven experience to work in cross functional teams and in a SME environment and persuasive communication ability.
- Proven leadership expertise to establish meaningful.
- Project management skills, ability to manage complexity and prioritize.
- Proficient language skills in English with at least French or Dutch.
