Désireux de consolider notre département Operations nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Technical Supervisor Pavements (H/F) pour Airport Asset Management.

Vos instructions de vol

Le but du poste est d'être responsable de l'entretien préventif et curatif des chaussées et de coordonner les réparations afin d'assurer leur bon fonctionnement, leur sécurité et leur conformité.

Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Maintenance Manager Pavements.

Vos responsabilités comprennent:

- Vous coordonnez, dirigez et stimulez votre équipe de surveillants pour qu'elle travaille avec une orientation claire et un objectif commun.
- Vous assisterez le Maintenance Manager Pavements dans les opérations opérationnelles et quotidiennes.
- Vous suivez et contrôlez le fonctionnement pratique et opérationnel de l'équipe en vue de la sécurité et du suivi des travaux. Vous intervenez si nécessaire
- Vous êtes le premier point de contact de l'équipe, vous la motivez, assurez la dynamique au sein de l'équipe et procédez aux ajustements nécessaires
- Vous gérez les incidents liés au Pavements et assurez la coordination et le suivi des réparations.
- Vous assurez le suivi des travaux et des entretiens réalisés par des entreprises extérieures sur la base des cahiers des charges ou des contrats d'entretien établis.

Votre passeport
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier, spécialisé dans un domaine technique ou équivalent par l'expérience.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement technique opérationnel, complétée de préférence par une expérience de gestion d'une équipe.
- Vous êtes en possession des certificats VCA et BA5 ou prêt à les obtenir à court terme.
- Vous disposez d'un permis de conduire aéroportuaire (pour la conduite sur l'aire de manœuvre) ou êtes prêt à en obtenir un dans les premiers mois de votre entrée en service.
- Vous êtes communicatif, axé sur le client et avez l'esprit d'équipe.
- Vous êtes proactif, orienté vers les solutions et avez une approche pratique.
- Vous avez des capacités d'organisation et de coordination.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et capable de travailler avec des heures de travail flexibles et des contenus de travail variables.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais ou du français. Vous avez une bonne connaissance passive de la deuxième langue nationale et de l'anglais et vous pouvez vous faire comprendre dans les deux langues.
