Notre client, est un acteur dans les énergies renouvelables. Il recherche **un/une Business Analyst expérimenté en Office 365** pour soutenir les activités de Gestion documentaire.

**Vos missions seront de**:

- Communiquer avec les utilisateurs et analyser leur besoin
- Définir les configurations et les valider avec les développeurs et l’architecte
- Effectuer les configurations les plus rapides
- Accompagner le développement jusqu’à la validation pour les configurations techniques
- Rédiger les documentations techniques, manuels d’utilisation et former les utilisateurs
- Répondre et soutenir les utilisateurs sur l’utilisation de Teams et SharePoint principalement
- Prendre part aux projets de digitalisation et à la migration
- Suivre l’évolution des solutions et apporter des pistes d’amélioration

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Diplôme supérieur
- Expérience avancée en Office 365, Teams, SharePoint
- Bonne communication, pédagogue
- Autonome, rigoureux
- Motivé et bonne organisation

**INFORMATIONS PRATIQUES**
- Langues : français, anglais B2 minimum
- Lieu : Belgique, TT possible 2 jours / Semaine
- Contrat proposé : CDD 1 an renouvelable
