**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het **Risk Model Methods & Systems-team **van **Central Risk Office** ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van het end-to-end rapportageproces van AG en is verantwoordelijk voor de risicomodellen en -methoden die transversaal worden gebruikt, d.w.z. door alle gedecentraliseerde risicoafdelingen Leven en Niet-leven van AG voor risicorapportage. Meer in het bijzonder zorgt deze afdeling voor de volgende onderdelen van het proces:
- Valuation Model, een stochastisch ALM-model dat wordt gebruikt om verplichtingen te waarderen voor verschillende reportingkaders (Solvency II en IFRS17).
- SCR aggregator, gebruikt voor de berekening van SCR's voor de eerste pijler volgens de standaardformule en het beleid Partial Internal Model, en voor de tweede pijler volgens de AG Insurance Model Policy.
- IFRS17 Engines, gebruikt om per kwartaal een Analysis of Change van de groepen contracten op te stellen en de outputs te produceren die nodig zijn voor de reporting.
- Automatische generatie van Input Data Base (IDB) die wordt gebruikt door het waarderingsmodel en de Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) aggregator, via een centrale omgeving die door alle teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor data, wordt gevoed.
Om dat team te versterken zoeken we een **Risk Models Officer**.
- Je bedenkt innovatieve oplossingen voor de methoden en centrale systemen om aan de rapportage
- en analysebehoeften te voldoen.
- Je voert kwantitatieve analyses uit van de resultaten die uit de modellen komen om deze te begrijpen, trends te identificeren en verbeteringen te ontwikkelen,
- Je analyseert de huidige systemen en ontwikkelt oplossingen om de efficiëntie en veelzijdigheid te vergroten, en je stelt technische specificaties op.
- Je voert tests uit om ervoor te zorgen dat ontwikkelingen correct zijn geïmplementeerd en dat ze heel betrouwbare en coherente resultaten opleveren.
- Je ondersteunt de andere afdelingen bij hun rapporteringsactiviteiten (Solvency II Pillar I en Pillar II, RADP, Reserve Sufficiency Testing, IFRS17), waarbij je optreedt als expert in transversale risicomodellen en -methoden.

- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en begrijpt graag het waarom EN het hoe.
- Je stelt proactief verbeteringen voor.
- Je bent heel geïnteresseerd in de **technische aspecten** van onze waarderings
- en rapporteringstools.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in kwantitatief beheer **van verzekeringsrisico's **en ervaring als risk officer en/of kennis van IFRS17/Solvency zijn een pluspunt.
- Je bent **heel geëngageerd** en beschikt over een sterke **teamgeest**. Je bent leergierig en deelt graag je kennis binnen het team.
- Je werkt heel nauwgezet, gestructureerd en georganiseerd, je levert **kwaliteitswerk**, met een sterk gevoel voor detail.
- Je beheerst het Microsoft Office-pakket (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een **kwantitatieve**
