- As member of the Technical Support Center, your mission is to ensure a consistent level of effective technical support for our installed base worldwide (PT, Indus and RPS BU).
To accomplish that goal, you will act as a key user of our Knowledge Database and help the team to organize the troubleshooting guides.
You will also help for remote on call assistance and develop proactive technical monitoring aimed at improving the global reliability of our installed base centers.

**Knowledge Database (KDB) Product Owner**
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as TSC members, customers and internal teams: ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the Tools and Data team on software usability, functionality, and performance to improve the user experience.
- Support the improvement of software development methodology and collaborate with the product architect
- Structure the troubleshooting guides documentation (text, illustrations, pictures)
- Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and other documentation to support TSC, internal and external customer education and adoption of KDB software: troubleshooting guide draft including technical, safety, ergonomics, quality aspects and matching the user's profile
- Participate in the testing and validation of software releases: ensure high-quality, bug-free releases
- Participate to the definition and the improvement of the transversal processes and coordinate with the related departments: transversal processes implemented, interfaces defined, efficient relationships with related departments

**Technical writer**
- Organize the documentation review cycle for validation and ensure the follow up until completion: final edition compliant with the IBA quality manual and within contractual timeframe
- Maintain and update documentation; propose, develop and implement tools to improve the documentation storage (database architect): Up to date documentation
- Main internal/external contact point for the project execution ; seek customer satisfaction and ensure support to internal and/or external customer: Internal/external Customer satisfaction; precise and on time reporting; development plan and customer milestones respected
- Collect product information from various sources; analyze the troubleshooting guides, its components, its uses for its target user: documentation plan prepared

**Working Conditions**
- Location : Europe (easier communication with our partner Dezide)
- Depending on your geography, you will work either in a PT-center, in IBA regional headquarters, or at home
- You must be prepared and willing to adjust to a schedule including weekends (we will ask you to help the Technical Center Leader during the weekend)

**What we value**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Key User or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of PowerApps and Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Solid understanding of Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira)
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with customer service and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of decision-making processes and methodologies is a plus.
