Jouw bestemming?

Als Service Manager - Digital Workplace & Services Desk Services beheer je voor dit specifieke business domein alle daaraan gekoppelde ICT services. Hiervoor neem je de volledige end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid zowel op vlak van de operationele run als voor de change. Op die manier garandeer je een maximale en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Deze rol bevindt zich in de afdeling Generic ICT die alle IT services omvat die nodig zijn om een organisatie te laten draaien en die niet specifiek zijn aan de branche van de luchthaven. Hierbij ligt de focus op Digital Workplace & Services Desk.

Als Service Manager - Digital Workplace & Services Desk Services rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan het Hoofd van Generic ICT en je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden binnen deze rol zijn:
Voortdurende verbetering van de run(fix): beheren van de ICT services met bijhorende producten en applicaties
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantencontacten inclusief duidelijke afspraken.
- Extern de markt volgen evenals interne evoluties volgen, om verbeteringen van de run te identificeren.
- Beheren van de run aan de hand van Service Level Agreements en de life cycle van de verschillende onderliggende producten en applicaties.
- Beheren van het volledige budget voor de run van de betrokken service.
- Permanent verbeteren van de service desk kwaliteit en digital workplace.

Implementeren van de strategie: beheren van de roadmap en de change
- Maken van de roadmap voor deze specifieke service: de strategische visie, de evolutie van de service portfolio, benchmarks en nieuwe opportuniteiten, het budget (run en change) en het projectenplan voor de komende 2 à 4 jaren in afstemming met de betrokken business line owners.
- Implementeren van de roadmap door het opzetten, delegeren en opvolgen van initiatieven en projecten.

Management en leadership, people management
- Service-, Product-, Projectteam motiveren, sturen, leiden: gaande van topmanagement tot werkvloer. Hierbij is dagdagelijkse duidelijke en motiverende communicatie van het grootste belang.
- Accountmanagement voor jouw service naar business stakeholders (Mancom)
- Governance structuren beheren en opvolgen: Steerco’s met topmanagement en middle management, projectteams met verscheidene werkgroepen (multidepartementeel en multicompany), verscheidene leveranciers en service providers.
- Usergroups ondersteunen: met vertegenwoordigers van verschillende business units, van verschillende bedrijven.

Jouw Paspoort
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring met proven track record op gebied van resultaten en people
- Ervaring in brede interne IT diensten en producten
- Ervaring in digital workplace / service desk management
- Je combineert een strategische visie met een sterke gedrevenheid richting resultaten en praktische vaardigheden
- Je bent een gedreven people manager en een driver van change
- Je hebt organisatietalent, zin voor efficiëntie en je bent sterk analytisch
- Je bent klantgericht, diplomatisch en je beschikt over onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
