Description
As a Space Management & Assortment Specialist, you are the driving force behind the creation, maintenance, and implementation of store-specific planograms, in line with our strategic guidelines and merchandising rules. This role is crucial to ensure an optimal layout of products in our stores, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**

You are responsible for preparing, adapting, and maintaining floor plans for initiatives such as renovations, improvements, store openings, surface adjustments, and any other changes in the store, with the aim of facilitating these changes during work and shelf filling in the various points of sale.
- Timely delivery of planograms is a priority.
- Understanding strategic, commercial, merchandising, and category guidelines is essential to ensure correct planograms.
- Proactive analysis of product and planogram performance.
- Ensuring an optimal distribution flow of the assortment, contributing to operational efficiency.

**What we are looking for**
- You have previous experience in a commercial environment.
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel.
- You have good language skills (French and Dutch).
- You are attentive, organized, structured, and accurate.
- You communicate easily and have a team-oriented spirit.
- Experience with planogram software like Spaceman is a plus.
