Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je waakt over het operationeel beheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles gestroomlijnd verloopt in termen van planning, organisatie en opvolging.
- Je bereidt meetings en presentaties voor en zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige documentatie voorhanden is. Je volgt alle to do's op en je rapporteert over de status en het verloop ervan, alsook over eventuele verbeteringsacties.
- Je beheert de beschikbare informatiestroom en je vat deze samen tot de essentie voor de Chief Crisis Project Manager
- Je bereidt persberichten voor, die door de afdeling Communicatie verder worden afgewerkt
- Ook de parlementaire vragen worden door jou voorberei
- Je rapporteert over de lopende zaken.

Daarnaast:

- Je bereidt lokale rapporten voor en ondersteunt je N+1 met gevraagde documentatie
- Je behandelt alle inkomende vragen ter ondersteuning van campagnes, informatieaanvragen,...
- Je werkt kleine prijsaanvragen uit
- Je behandelt alle inkomende mails van en naar andere afdelingen

In het kader van de strijd tegen COVID-19 zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een **Expert Program Manager** om het operationeel en strategisch beheer van verschillende projecten met betrekking tot anti-COVID-beleid in Brussel op zich te nemen. Je treedt op als rechterhand en toegewijde ondersteuning van de Chief Crisis Project Manager voor COVID Cluster Detection, Tracing & Vaccination in de Brusselse regio.
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in politieke wetenschappen, journalistiek, communicatie, economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt soortgelijke ervaring (+10 jaar) in Project Management of in een ondersteunende functie ex: Executive Assistance of Management Assistant, Project of Program Manager.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt stevige ervaring in het ondersteunen van leidinggevenden in de Belgische publieke sector
- Je bent sterk in administratie, opvolging en organisatie
- Zeer goede kennis van MS Office
- Zeer goede kennis van de publieke sector en het medialandschap in België
- Ervaring binnen medische of farmaceutische sector is een pluspunt
- Sterke management
- en organisatievaardigheden
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent diplomatisch en legt focus op het menselijke aspect
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- Je bent in staat om te werken aan meerdere taken tegelijkertijd en dit met beperkte supervisie en onder hoge druk
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op vlak van dienstverlening, interpersoonlijke communicatie en teamwerk
- Je bent snel vertrouwd met interne procedures en processen. Je past je makkelijk aan aan wisselende omstandigheden.
- Een voltijdse tewerkstelling
- Je maakt deel uit van een team, met aandacht voor een menselijke aanpak
- Je werkt mee aan een project van enorm maatschappelijk belang
- Flexibele werkuren - COVID kent geen 9 to 5
- Je werkt hybride maar bent in Brussel wanneer het nodig is
- Salarispakket volgens ervaring met maaltijdcheques
