You are responsible for:

- Developing a thorough understanding of the program's business objectives to establish a strong vision for the program
- Building a strong relationship and communicate regularly with program stakeholders and customers to shape the program and to identify and prioritize needs
- Setting up the program structure and implement the program methodology for all phases of the program lifecycle. The use of Personas, Benefit Mapping and Roadmap building, among other things, is important here
- Translating the program objectives and deliverables into concrete product and technical needs, supported by Client Value - Integration for technical design
- The determination and setup of the internal and external resources as well as skills needed within the product teams to deliver the program roadmap
- Ensuring a continuous delivery of results from the 3 main tracks: Quick Wins, I&O Optimizations, DevSecOps
- Hand-over of the program deliverables to the Product Owners

**Have you got what it takes?**:

- You have a Master's Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years as Program Manager or Product Owner, and knowledge of DevSecOps and Artificial Intelligence within IT Infrastructure Management
- You have experience in integration programs
- Very good experience in identifying and overseeing infrastructure products and estimating resource requirements
- You have proven experience in using data to inform decision-making and solve infrastructure engineering problems
- You have proven experience with Jira in Confluence
- You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
