En tant que **Technicien IT**, vous travaillerez sur notre site de production et jouerez un rôle clé dans la restauration rapide des services IT, tout en contribuant à l'excellence de nos opérations.

**Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?**
- Restaurer rapidement les services IT défaillants.
- Traiter les demandes qui ne peuvent être résolues immédiatement par le centre d'opérations.
- Solliciter, si nécessaire, le support externe de nos partenaires IS/IT (support de troisième niveau) ou autres fournisseurs.
- Gérer de manière autonome des demandes et tâches plus complexes et avancées, incluant les incidents, changements, problèmes et demandes de service.
- Suivre les processus et procédures globaux IS/IT.
- Collaborer avec les responsables de service pour implémenter les standards IT globaux sur le site.
- Assurer la mise à jour et la conformité de la documentation des systèmes locaux.
- Participer en tant qu'expert dans des projets.
- Des déplacements professionnels et des heures de travail en dehors des heures de bureau locales peuvent être nécessaires.

**Votre profil**:

- Bachelier en technologie de l’information ou expérience équivalente.
- Bonnes connaissances en anglais (écrit et parlé).
- Connaissance d'ITIL.
- Connaissance des Services de Domaine Active Directory (AD DS).
- Connaissance des réseaux (LAN, WAN, adressage IP, DNS).
- Connaissance de la suite Office 365, des systèmes de vidéoconférence et des systèmes de sauvegarde (VEEAM, IBM Spectrum protect).
- Expérience d’outils de ticketing.
- Expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique est un plus.
- Pour les environnements de laboratoire, certaines connaissances sont un plus non-négligeable : connaissance des systèmes de données de chromatographie (préférablement Chromeleon), systèmes de chromatographie LCMS et systèmes LIMS (Labware).
- Pour les environnements de production, certaines connaissances sont un plus non-négligeable : connaissance des logiciels de contrôle (préférablement Unicorn), des environnements de programmation graphique (Lab View) et des solutions de plateformes d'automatisation (Delta-V)
