**Technical Trainer**

Location**:Belgium - Zaventem or **Sweden - Malmö**

Working model: Remote/On premises

**Responsibilities/Expectations**
- Manage and follow-up training projects with clients from the handover to the Training Academy to the completion of the training program. This comprises:
Ø Establish training objectives and KPIs relevant to the client’s needs

Ø Delivering standard training on our AGL portfolio to our clients in EMEA/APAC especially in Zaventem or Malmö

Ø Preparing and delivering customized training, in the factory and on-site, according to the client’s equipment and needs
- Develop technical training content and participate to the rationalization of our portfolio of training
- Train other trainers and colleagues across the organization on our product portfolio

**Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of market, market trends, competitors, customer organizations, airfield environment
- Service and customer-minded
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Independent and driven “self-propelling” individual
- Stress resistant personality who feels at his best in a challenging environment
- Willingness to travel and to stay abroad 30-40% of the time

**Experience Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of the Airfield Portfolio
- Good knowledge of the ICAO and FAA airfield-related standards
- Good knowledge of the airfield maintenance, installation & commissioning procedures
- Professional knowledge of relevant international and national standards (FAA, ICAO,) and CE/EMC/IEC requirement
- Professional knowledge of products and systems used on airports
- Relevant experience in customer or employee technical training

**Education/Certifications**:

- Degree/Master in Engineering, Electrical engineering or equivalent by experience

**IT-Skills**:

- Windows, office environment
- Sensitivity to new Technology applied in Customer Service activities

**Languages**:

- Fluent English (spoken - written)
- Other languages will be added advantage

**Competencies**:

- Good communication skills in international & intercultural environment
- Good coaching and mentoring skills
- Good in analysis of problems and decision-making attitude
- Result and quality oriented driven
- Creative and out of the box thinking
- **No relocation package available**
