De divisie Buildings binnen Sweco is een koploper in duurzame oplossingen die een positieve impact hebben op de bebouwde omgeving. Onze ingenieurs, architecten en consultants zorgen ervoor dat de gebouwen van onze klanten aangenaam zijn om in te wonen, te werken en te vertoeven. Hiervoor combineren we onze erkende expertise inzake ontwerp en studie van structuren en technieken, architectuur, projectmanagement en diverse consultancy diensten met een dosis innovatie en duurzaamheid.
Vanaf de start van elk project verenigen we pragmatische oplossingen met creativiteit en zetten we de noden van onze klanten om naar geïntegreerde oplossingen.

Zin in een uitdaging? Dit zijn je verantwoordelijkheden als Expert Smart Buildings:

- De studie, het ontwerp en de begeleiding van de uitvoering van technische aspecten (elektriciteit en data) in gebouwen
- De uitwerking van projecten met als doel het realiseren van creatieve en duurzame technische oplossingen;
- De ontwikkeling van concepten, de voorstudie, de technische detailstudies en het opstellen van ramingen, bestekken en meetstaten;
- De nodige berekeningen in het kader van het project (bv. lichtberekeningen, elektriciteit, data);
- De opvolging van werven;
- Het overleg en de onderhandeling met de opdrachtgevers tijdens de volledige projectcyclus, van de studie tot met de uitvoering;
- Het informatiebeheer, de planning en organisatie, het budget, de kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens het projectproces;
- De leiding en motivatie van een team van ingenieurs, vakspecialisten, tekenaars, ontwerpers en administratieve medewerkers.

Wie zoeken we

Een dynamische industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur elektriciteit, elektro-technieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring met mínimaal 7 jaar ervaring in alle aspecten van elektriciteit in gebouwen (concept, ontwerpstudie, bestek, aanbesteding en opvolging van de uitvoering van de werken), en dit in een gelijkaardige functie. Een open, communicatief, resultaatsgericht, maar tevens ook diplomatisch persoon met grote inzet en motivatie en zowel autonoom als in team goed aardt.
