Working Capital Solutions? Dat is een fijn expertenteam. Onze directie maakt deel uit van KBC Commercial Banking en is ontstaan uit de samenvoeging van Payments for Corporates, Commercial Finance (invoice financing) en Trade Finance. **We helpen ondernemingen om hun werkkapitaal te optimaliseren**.

Dankzij onze oplossingen kunnen onze klanten betalingen vlot ontvangen en hebben ze voldoende cash om lonen en leveranciers te betalen. Ook **inzichten en expertise **bieden, maken deel uit van onze dienstverlening.

Als Local Operational Risk Manager (LORM) binnen dit team waak je - samen met een collega-LORM - over onze **operationele risico’s**. Je werkt ook nauw samen met een collega die focust op compliance - het naleven van de letter en de geest van alle wet
- en regelgeving.
- Het is een uitgelezen moment om ons team te versterken. Je kan je eigen rol vormgeven en deelnemen aan
- **uitdagende projecten**. Om de juiste balans te vinden tussen klantgerichtheid en risicobewustzijn, rekenen we graag op jouw

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je draagt bij tot **gezond risicobeheer **en een verhoging van de risk awareness binnen onze afdeling: van advies aan het management tot actieplannen met duidelijke criteria, rapportage over risk activities en de leiding over de implementatie van nieuwe risicostandaarden.
- Je zet **eerstelijnscontroles** op. Dankzij jou zijn die correct geïmplementeerd - in lijn met het risicokader - en worden ze nauwgezet opgevolgd. Zijn er issues, dan werk je samen met de betrokken teams een actieplan uit. De uitvoering van dat plan volg je vervolgens op.
- Ook de **loss handling & reporting processen** binnen WCS zijn bij jou in goede handen.
- Collega’s van Group Risk, Group Compliance, Group Audit en/of 2elijnsfuncties kunnen bij jou terecht om risico-opdrachten te bespreken. Samen met collega’s maak jij de** jaarplanning **op van alle risico
- en complianceprojecten binnen Working Capital Solutions.
- Als dat eens nodig is, help je collega’s met taken in het kader van compliance monitoring, embargo’s of andere sancties.
- Naast dit takenpakket - dat je grotendeels deelt met een collega
- LORM - neem je ownership over
- **kwaliteitsvolle documentatie**, in samenwerking met andere teams. Zo zijn WCS en je collega-LORM beter gewapend voor de uitdagingen van morgen.
